Franklin PUD celebrates new building that uses solar power (KVEW Kennewick)
Franklin County Public Utility District is celebrating its new building that’s using solar power. The total project cost $4.5 million. Leaders of the project say the solar technology generates enough energy to run the lights in the customer service area.
