1,000 MW solar power from NTPC arm at low rates (Calcutta News)

India’s largest power company National Thermal Power Corporation’s power-trading subsidiary NTPC Vidyut Vyapar Nigam will develop 1,000 MW of solar power and supply it at competitive prices by bundling it with cheap thermal power for the next 25 years, an official said Saturday.
